As you continue, traverse the iconic Serengeti plains, explore the unique wildlife of Ngorongoro Crater, and be captivated by the vibrant birdlife in Lake Manyara. Following this, escape to Zanzibar’s pristine beaches. Here, feel the warmth of the sun, dip into the crystal-clear waters, and let the serenity of the Indian Ocean soothe your soul. Moreover, throughout your stay, indulge in luxurious accommodations, savor mouthwatering cuisine, and experience the genuine hospitality of Zanzibar. Day 1: Arrival at the Airport- Mount Meru Hotel
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha, your private driver-guide will promptly greet you and then transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha Town. After settling in at the hotel, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner before relaxing at Mount Meru Hotel for the night. Â
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After enjoying an early morning breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a fine Tanzania wildlife destination named after the Tarangire River. As you journey, you’ll notice the river running through the park, drawing a vast array of wildlife, including elephants. This park is particularly renowned for its large herds of elephants, often seen congregating by the river. Besides elephants, you’ll likely encounter giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, lions, leopards, and numerous bird species. Upon arrival at the park, you will check in and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Then, you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive, exploring the expansive savannah plains and observing the diverse wildlife. Finally, as the day concludes, you will return to your lodge for a well-deserved dinner and an overnight stay at Maramboi Tented Lodge.
Day 3: to Lake Manyara National Park
After an early breakfast, you will depart for Lake Manyara National park, a pristine wildlife destination renowned for its tree-climbing lions and abundant birdlife. To the west, you’ll see the dramatic Rift Valley escarpment, while to the east lies Lake Manyara. This shallow-alkaline lake floods during the wet season and dries out in the dry season, consequently attracting thousands of flamingoes during the rains. Furthermore, the park’s diverse vegetation ranges from savannah to evergreen forest, thereby supporting a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, cape buffaloes, and elephants. Upon arrival, you will enjoy lunch after checking into your lodge. Next, an extensive game drive will give you the opportunity to explore and view numerous animals. Ultimately, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Kitela Lodge.
Day 4: Lake Manyara National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy an early breakfast before departing for Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact crater. Created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed 2 to 3 million years ago, the crater is nearly 600 meters deep. In addition to its geological features, it also serves as a natural reserve with some of Africa’s densest large mammal populations. Upon arrival, you will first have lunch, and then descend into the crater for a thrilling game drive. Driving down into the crater is an adventure in itself; once on the crater floor, you will encounter wildebeests, lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, gazelles, the endangered black rhino, and over 500 bird species in the open grasslands. Finally, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, situated on the crater rim.
Day 5 Serengeti National Park
Start your day with an early breakfast. Next, depart for Serengeti National Park, renowned as one of the world’s most famous wildlife destinations and one of the oldest ecosystems on Earth. Serengeti National Park is celebrated for its stunning landscapes and is also Tanzania’s oldest national park. Additionally, it is famous for the annual Great Migration, during which vast herds of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes traverse the park in search of fresh grasslands and water, driven by rainfall patterns. Upon arrival, check into your lodge for lunch. Afterward, embark on an extensive game drive. Over the next two days, you will have the opportunity to explore the Serengeti’s endless plains and encounter a diverse range of animals, such as cheetahs, giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, elephants, hippos, hyenas, leopards, wild dogs, and buffaloes. Finally, return to your lodge for dinner and enjoy an overnight stay at KubuKubu Tented Lodge.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
You’ll start your day in the heart of the majestic Serengeti. After a nourishing breakfast, continue into the plains for a full-day game drive, which allows you to spot hundreds of diverse animals in the Serengeti’s endless expanse. If you’re eager to see wildlife up close, today will be truly memorable. You might observe lions, leopards, cheetahs, and water buffalo just a few feet away. Additionally, you’ll encounter lesser-known yet fascinating animals like the eland, hyena, gazelle, and crocodiles. Moreover, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, and antelopes will also be visible. Should your timing be right, you could witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra, a modern natural wonder. Finally, return to KubuKubu Tented Lodge for the night, renowned for its excellent animal sightings.

Day 7-9: Serengeti national park to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar Airport via Stone Town. Upon arrival, you will head to Zanzibar’s Nungwi Island, famous for its white coral sand that seems to glow even after nightfall. Notably, Nungwi boasts a wide, expansive coastline ideal for swimming and snorkeling in pristine reef waters. Additionally, you can enjoy a variety of activities such as walking tours, sunset cruises, diving excursions, and parasailing. As the sun sets, you will embark on a traditional dhow boat for a truly memorable cruise. Finally, you will spend three nights at Z Hotel , soaking in the beauty of this incredible beach destination.
Day 10 transfer to the airport/departure
After a leisurely breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home. This marks the end of your adventure and signifies the conclusion of your tour. Consequently, as you reflect on the experiences you’ve had, you can appreciate the memories created. The journey might be ending, but the moments you’ve cherished will remain with you. Therefore, take a final glance at the remarkable landscapes and the vibrant culture you’ve explored. Ultimately, this farewell is not just an end but a new beginning as you carry these memories with you.
